What to bring to practice:

  • Proper running attire (weather appropriate)
  • Running shoes (no basketball shoes)
  • Track spikes (1/4" pyramid ONLY)
    • Before purchasing track spikes, consult with one of the Coaches about the proper spikes for your child's event. (We can also normally help you find a really good deal!)
  • Water (1/2 gallon minimum)
    • Dehydration is very real and can appear to happen very suddenly but usually is a cumulative effect.  Pleas help us to ensure your athletes safety by ensuring that they are drinking water throughout the day and bringing plenty with them to practice, especially as the weather gets warmer.
  • Towel - many of our conditioning exercises are done on the ground
  • Positive attitude
